Share on FacebookSo fall is here and I have been super busy! Missing the Point started October out with an awesome show at the Cowboy Monkey. Then I was involved in a really good one week run with CUCT‘s production of Aida. Most recently Carnivale Debauche‘s fall show was a huge success! Thanks so much to everyone who was a part of or came to see any of these events.
I’m closing the month out easy with a couple solo sets around Champaign. Look for lot’s of MTP stuff happening in the next couple months!
Share on FacebookGot a killer week coming up! Tonight Discount JamBox plays at a “Testicle Festival” in southeast Urbana. Tomorrow Discount JamBox plays a benefit concert at Bradley’s 2 in Champaign in the afternoon and then Missing the Point plays in Bloomington in the evening. Monday, Carnivale Debauche performs at C-Street in Champaign and Tuesday is the regular gig at Memphis on Main with Lisa & Jace. I’ve also been cast in CUTC‘s upcoming show “Aida”. Share on FacebookI had to cancel Monday and Tuesday’s gigs this week due to an eye injury. Sorry to anyone who was planning to go or went and discovered I wasn’t there! I’m almost fully recovered and I’m playing tonight and tomorrow night! Tonight is Acoustic Karaoke at Firehaus and tomorrow is Carnivale Debauche at Mike & Molly’s…see performances section for details.

Solo show with Decadents on Friday (6/4) went really well, Carnivale Debauche on Saturday (6/5) was a huge success & Tuesday (6/8) show with Lisa Cerezo was one of our best yet! Thanks so much to those involved with and to those who came out!
Missing the Point will be performing tomorrow night (Saturday, 6/12) at Bentley’s Pub with Brother Embassy! Music starts at 10:00PM and I’m not sure if we’re playing first or second…hope to see ya there! Other upcoming shows: Monday (6/14) @ V.Picasso in Urbana, Tuesday (6/15) @ Memphis on Main in Champaign, Wednesday (6/16) @ Green St Cafe in Champaign & Thursday (6/17) @ Firehaus in Champaign. Busy week!
I’ve been cast as “Cowboy Bob” in CUTC‘s upcoming production of Footloose! I’m sharing the role with my brother Michael and my Dad’s in the play as well! The show runs select dates from August 5th through August 15th. I’ll post more details as it approaches.
